generous cut through the middle without looking baggy, xl worked where other brands xl squeezes.
A month of nightly wear and machine washing, ran my hand over every seam looking for pills and found smooth fabric. The friction points at the hip where I side-sleep show nothing. Whatever knit this is, it wears harder than its price.
the mauve arrived softer and pinker than the swatch! prettier against my skin than the site version so no complaints filed.
the side slit means the midi length never chokes my stride, walked the whole house at full speed testing it, definately functional
the crossed back sits flat when i sleep, even after turning over. it never digs in! you can throw a cardigan over it.
Answered the door, watered the plants, made pancakes... it reads as a dress if you carry it with confidence. Midi length is the whole trick.
The side opening gives my knees room and the midi skirt swings without catching on my calves. Wore it with the robe in a warm kitchen and did not overheat!
The Bordeaux M is lovely, but the bust felt close by bedtime. I am a 34D and would take L. The adjustable straps helped a little.
Very nice lingerie, soft ,sexy, great looking and great fit
The slip on its own would be four or five stars, cool fabric, lovely length, honest fit. The robe half of the set is where my $34 enthusiasm cools. The belt is a thin strip that wrinkles into a cord, the edges are simply overlocked where the slip gets proper finishing, and it reads like it was added to justify the word set. I reckon they should sell the slip alone at a lower price and let the robe earn its place separately. As a set purchase I feel slightly oversold, hence the middle rating.
The robe being the weaker half of this set is fair and specific criticism. The slip carries the value and the robe needs to earn its place, your words, our to-do list. A slip-only listing is being discussed.
Moved from flannel to this when the humidity arrived. The cool knit part works as claimed, the midi length keeps it decent for coffee on the porch. Robe belt loop stitching feels lighter than the rest, watching it.
Packed the slip only for a beach week, it took up the space of a rolled pair of socks and shook out wearable every evening. The midi length meant I could stand on the balcony without a robe and wave at neighbors with a clear conscience. Came home and ordered the sky because apparently I am a collector now. Cool knit is real, held up to seven nights of hotel AC and my sunburned skin thanked it.
has enough body to fall straight, doesnt puff out when i sit. slightly clingier after air drying fyi.
none yet
five washes deep and the seams havent moved, deffinately holding better than the price implied.
Bought it for a weekend away and the fabric out-performed the hotel robe! Cool to the touch and the lace is neat.
The listing says nothing here is silk and fair enough, but this satin knit does the cool-smooth thing better than some real silk I have touched. Stays cold longer than expected on first contact, no clammy phase later. XL drapes properly without clinging to the tummy.
Second color already ordered, the midi length is the reason, nobody else cuts at this length for $34
lace is soft, but the strap join stitch shows.
The champagne medium is smooth and cool, but its thin straps slipped carrying my toddler. I tightened them twice during breakfast. Nice for sleeping, less useful for busy mornings.
between L and XL i went XL, right call, the knit is fitted through the ribs
he called it fancy, case closed.
Sent the mauve set to my best friend after her baby arrived. She liked having the robe nearby for late-night feeds
For $34, the Sky slip looks neat and feels smooth after a shower. I bought an extra large and it has enough room to read in bed without pulling across my stomach. Will be buying more of these.
Looks nice and fits, but the straps slipped off my shoulder twice.
Straps that slip twice in one night will slip every night, Hannah. The adjusters on this one are too smooth and we are changing them.
