How do I find my size?

Start with our Find Your Fit guide — measure your band and bust, and the difference gives your cup. Our lace runs a touch small, so if you’re between sizes, size up one cup. Still unsure? Email aniya@darette.com with your usual size and we’ll help.

Is the lace itchy?

No. Every piece is lined on the inside, so only the soft part touches your skin — the lace sits on the outside, where it’s meant to be seen.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are packed within 2–3 business days and usually reach you within 10–12 business days, tracked the whole way. Shipping is $10 flat, free over $75.

Where is Darette made, and where does it ship from?

Darette is designed and chosen by our founder, Aniya, and made by experienced lingerie makers in China — the same skilled hands behind many names you’d know. Your order ships worldwide from our studio in Shenzhen, tracked to your door. The difference is the price: we don’t add the markup that pays for a famous name, so what you spend goes into the lace, the lining and the fit — not the logo.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and the hygiene liner intact. Returns go to our New Zealand address — just email aniya@darette.com first so we can send the right details. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email aniya@darette.com within 24–48 hours of ordering and we’ll sort it out.

How do I care for my pieces?

Hand wash cool with a gentle detergent (or a lingerie bag on a delicate cycle), reshape while damp, and line dry in the shade. Never tumble dry, iron or bleach — heat is the one thing real lace can’t forgive.

Can I wear these under clothes?

Most styles are smooth and lightly lined to sit invisibly under a tee or a fitted top. Our sheer styles are made to be seen — lovely on their own or under something open.

What sizes do you carry?

Most sets run 32–42 in cups A–E, with bottoms in S–XL. Each piece lists the exact sizes it comes in on its own page.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes — for wholesale or collaborations, email aniya@darette.com and we’ll take it from there.

Will I pay customs or duties?

Most orders to the US and Europe arrive with no extra charges. In rare cases local duties may apply — these are set by your country, not by us, and are the customer’s responsibility.
