We want you to love how it fits. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange — let’s find the version of this that makes you happy.

A few rules, for hygiene

Because these are intimate pieces, anything returned or exchanged needs to come back:

Unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached
In its original condition, with the hygiene liner intact on briefs and thongs
Tried on over your own underwear only

We’re sure you understand — we can’t accept pieces that have been worn, washed, or had the liner removed.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Reach out and we’ll help you sort it. Exchanges are sent back to our New Zealand returns address, and the return postage is covered by you — unless the mix-up was ours (a sizing error on our end), in which case we’ll take care of it.

Returns for a refund

Prefer a refund? Send your piece back to our New Zealand address within 30 days and we’ll refund the item price to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 business days of it reaching us.

One small thing — please reach out before you send anything back, so we can give you the correct return address and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Damaged or incorrect

If your piece arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered, that’s on us. Send a quick photo to aniya@darette.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away, at no cost to you.
