Products & pricing

We do our best to show colors and details accurately, though screens vary. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors and cancel orders affected by a pricing or description mistake.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline. We may limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion.

Shipping & returns

Orders ship from our warehouse in Shenzhen. Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping page, and our 30-day return window and hygiene rules on our Returns page. Both form part of these terms. Returns go to our New Zealand returns address, so please write to us before you send anything back.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — images, text, and the Darette name and marks — belongs to Darette and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
