three hand washes in and the black is still black. the lace trim is holding its edge too. this is my second set from this shop and the consistency is there.
the see through panel down the middle is prettier in person. its subtle until the light hits it
caught mid laugh cause my roommate walked in. anyway the mauve is even better with flash somehow!
zoomed way in on the lace work and the buttons. this is the stuff that usually only comes on the expensive sets
bought the mauve after the white. construction is identical, color is moodier. no complaints twice.
Tried the whole look on the minute it arrived, heels included, as one does. The shorts hit high but cover what needs covering. Satin knit has stretch, its not the stiff woven kind.
quick bathroom mirror check, fits true. the M covered my usual 4 to 6 range fine
the pads are built in and actually stay put, no fishing them out of the wash. fabric is cool when you first get in bed which i love
I am 52 and bought the black. It is comfortable, covers enough to drink my tea on the porch, and the lace makes it feel like i tried. Buying the ivory next.

Not quite purple, not quite grey, exactly what i wanted. The little covered buttons down the front are decorative but they make it feel finished, not like a basic cami.
posting the shorts because everyone photographs the cami. wide waistband that doesnt roll, lace at the hem that doesnt scratch the thigh. i would buy the shorts alone if they sold them.

i photographed it on the hanger because the cut shows better that way. shorts are roomier than the cami, both have the lace at the hem. came folded nicely, no loose threads anywhere...
ordered for my daughter in law, she sent back a photo wearing the cami with jeans of all things. apparently it passes as a going out top now!
soft, washed well, fits. recommend.
Love the fabric but the shorts are shorter than i am comfortable walking past windows in. If you are tall or long through the hip, size up or know what you are getting. Cami is perfect though.
Paige, fair warning for the tall girls and we will take it. The shorts are cut high on purpose but the L does add real length through the hip. Glad the cami earned its keep.

The hem lace felt a little scratchy out of the bag. One hand wash and it relaxed, now its fine. Just mentioning so you dont judge it on night one.
Susanna, that first wash does settle the lace, you called it exactly. New trim carries a bit of finish from the factory and a cool rinse takes it off. Thanks for giving it night two.
