My pillow measures 48 by 74 cm and filled the case neatly. The back flap held it in place when I turned over during the night, even after washing, with no bunching at the sides.
I expected a zipper from the photos, but it uses an envelope flap instead. My pillow stays put, and I didnt feel any hard edge when I sleep on my side.
my standard pillow slid in without a fight. the envelope flap keeps it inside, and there is no zipper anywhere near my face. i changed the bed linen on sunday and it went back on in under a minute.

i hand washed it in cool water after a week of use and dried it flat over a towel. it did not come out rough or stiff. the cream colour looked the same when i put it back on the bed.

The pillowcase is smooth and well sewn. The shade I received was paler than my screen showed.
i used a mesh bag on a cold delicate cycle once. it survived fine. but hand washing still feels safer.
For the first few weeks it felt lovely on my hair. After two months, one corner started looking a little worn from the way I toss around at night, despite gentle washing.
Two months is too soon for a worn corner, Kelsey. If you turn a lot at night the same corner takes it every time, which is a construction problem and not a washing one. Send us a photo and we will replace it.

I had been using a much cheaper satin case from the chemist and bought this one for the pillow I use every night. The difference is most obvious when I wake up. My hair is not caught against it, and the cool side feels nice in a warm room. I do wish it came with clearer care instructions in the package because im cautious with hand washing. At $45 it is not an impulse buy. After a month I think it earns its spot on the bed.

After three nights, my waves looked less puffed up when I got out of bed. Do not put it in the dryer... you will ruin it.
