the listing is honest, its see through at the lace panels and lined at the cup!! i checked in every light in my apartment, what you see on the site is what you get!! 38D fit as expected, canadian sizing anxiety unnecessary.
The ivory brief is the comfortable kind of unremarkable, stays put, doesnt roll, survives the dryer I shouldnt use! Waist elastic is softer than most sets at this price. Lace leg edge relaxed slightly after week two.
black arrived black, lace pattern identical to the zoomed photos. checked because ive been burned elsewhere.
Wore it through work plus a dinner!! Sat through a two hour movie after and never once adjusted anything. Reading on the couch in it now which is how you know a bra won.
My sister and I ordered together, she is petite and I am decidedly not, and we both went strictly by the measuring guide! Hers fit, mine fit, which has never happened in one order in our sisterhood. We sent each other mirror photos like it was a scientific finding, because for us it is. If you are shopping with a friend or sister, measure separately and trust the numbers, do not guess off each others sizes. The mauve is slightly dustier in real light which we both prefer. Her band is snugger than mine relative to size, so bodies vary. Neither of us is exchanging.
Not one itch in two weeks of regular wear, and I am the person who cuts tags out of everything!
lined enough to smooth, not enough to bulk
Set price beats buying seperate! Brief cut is higher than the product photo angle suggests.
Soft wire means it flexes when I slouch at my desk instead of jabbing my ribs! I slouch a lot, so this got tested thoroughly, but the trade off is slightly less structure than a rigid wire if you want serious sculpting. For everyday, ideal.
The lightly lined cup gives my 34B an outline without lying about it. I have worn it three days out of five since it arrived, which my other bras have noticed and resent.
Back band lies completely flat, no bump under fitted dresses. 38D and no bulge lines.
36C supported through a full day of walking around the city, no strap trench in my shoulders by evening 👍.
band ran snug at my usual 36C so i exchanged for the sister 38B instead of suffering. same cup volume, relaxed band, everything sits right. this brand makes the swap easy since the chart shows the equivalents.
abends gewaschen, morgens trocken, kauft es einfach
The black is a true jet black, my listing screenshot showed something slightly softer, almost charcoal. Real thing is darker and honestly beter for matching. Just noting the gap for the color particular people. Fit at 34B was accurate.
Bought noir to test the waters, adding the mauve next payday. If you hesitate between the two, the mauve reads more special, noir more useful.
Wore it through the hottest week of July. The lace panels let air through and the lining never went clammy. It became the only bra I reached for until the heat broke, everything else felt like insulation.
Every hour, right shoulder, slide. Tightened to the point of asymmetry and it still creeps! If you have sloped shoulders like me look elsewhere or expect the shrug dance
Sloped shoulders and this strap angle are a bad match and I'd rather tell you that than pretend adjusting harder will fix it. Our styles with wider-set or figure-8 straps hold better. Email us, exchange is on us.
a hook review because nobody writes those. three rows, the eyes are set deep enough that the hooks dont pop loose when i twist, but shallow enough to fasten one handed behind my back on the first try. my old bra required a prayer and a second attempt every morning. also the mauve is gorgeous, but thats been said.
wore it out all Saturday, stayed anonymus under a tank
The product photos have a sheen to the lace that the real bra doesnt quite deliver... its matte in person. Still pretty, just know your buying the matte version of the picture.
The photos were shot in direct light which brings up the sheen, day to day matte is what the lace really is. That gap between photo and Tuesday is worth fixing on our end, not yours.
packaging was simple
i wore the purple one under a loose black dress for dinner because i wanted the shape, not a push-up look. it held the sides in better than my usual lace bras, though the strap needed one adjustment.
i wanted something prettier for myself and the white felt less bridal than i feared. comfy enough too.
I tried white first and came back for black.
back closes easily
The bra
The thong
