Care

Embroidered lace asks for gentle hands: a cool hand-wash with mild soap, or a wash bag on a soft cycle. Reshape the cups, lay it flat, keep it out of the dryer and the sun. Treat it like something you plan to keep.

Shipping. Every piece is packed with care and shipped worldwide, tracked the whole way — free over $75 (a flat $10 under). We prepare your order in 2–3 business days, and it usually reaches you within 10–12 business days. A tracking link is sent the moment it leaves us.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. As these are intimate pieces, they need to come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and the hygiene liner intact on briefs and thongs (please try on over your own underwear). If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
