survived a rooftop party.
Small chest here and the boning gives me shape I do not have, no empty space at the top of the cup. My only hesitation is the M band leaves faint lines by the end of a long night, structure has its price. Worth it for how it looks standing up.
The satin panels lie flat enough to wear under a slinky black dress, the lace sections you can feel if you smooth your hand over but nobody can see. Boning does not read through fabric. M fits.
No occasion, no reason, best purchase logic I've used all year 🥂 treat yourself and thank me later
I sit between M and L and went up, right call. The seven hook back gives you real adjustment range, but the boning means the width is the width, definately size for your ribcage not your ambitions.
Velvet covered boning at this price is unheard of, the channels are sewn dead straight. One hook eye arrived slightly bent, easy fix with pliers.
Seven hooks sounds like a chore, they actually line up in one go. Settles snug without pinching.
Bustiers and I have a bad history, the wire usually surrenders by hour three and starts digging at the side seam. This one has soft wire in the cup and the boning takes the structural load instead, so the wire never gets ambitious. Wore it for a full evening out plus the drive home and unhooked it out of habit, not relief. XL sits true. The satin shows finger smudges if your hands have lotion on them, minor but real.
the lace hem at the bottom edge unraveled a few stitches in week one, two minutes with a needle fixed it. for $49 i expected the hem to hold itself together.
A hem giving up in week one on a $49 piece is fair grounds for the missing stars. Your two-minute fix should have been our stitch. QC has the note and your next order carries a discount if you email us.
Lace panels are see through, satin cups are not, exactly the balance the photos promised.
i like this one for outfits where i want a little more shape. feels prettier than my plain bras.
Delicate cycle only. The long lace front stayed flat and the cups did not fold.
The satin panels feel smooth and the lace front gives shape without looking costume-like. I paid more for worse.
boning feels light
usual size worked
the boning gives nice shape but the long bottom edge rolled up on me when i sat
Useful note, Rosa. Rolling usually points to going up a band size on a longline, happy to help you find the right one. x
