Care

Satin and lace bruise easily: a cool hand-wash with a gentle lingerie soap, no wringing. Press the water out, lay it flat to dry away from direct sun, and store it clear of anything stiff so the boning keeps its line. Treat it like something you plan to keep.

Shipping & returns

Shipping. Every piece is packed with care and shipped worldwide, tracked the whole way — free over $75 (a flat $10 under). We prepare your order in 2–3 business days, and it usually reaches you within 10–12 business days. A tracking link is sent the moment it leaves us.

Returns. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange. As these are intimate pieces, they need to come back unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and the hygiene liner intact on briefs and thongs (please try on over your own underwear). If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
